A Health plan that works for you!
With this plan, there is no network; you are free to use any doctor or hospital you choose (except for transplants and outpatient prescription drugs).
Some doctors or hospitals may not recognize your insurance card.
Please watch the video presentation below and we will review how to handle that situation.
Some medical services may impact your deductible and we want you to pay as little out of pocket as possible.
The Member Advocacy Program (MAP Team) described below, is an important tool for your plan. Team members are available to assist with finding a medical provider, finding the lowest cost providers, billing, and covered charge inquiries.
Soon, you will receive your permanent ID cards in the mail. With the online tools outlined below, you can access temporary ID cards immediately, as well as all your plan documents.
